Randy Kirk is a real estate investment advisor to the Atlantic Crossing team, with a specific focus on opportunities in the Palm Beaches.   Mr. Kirk has been active in buying, renovating, marketing and selling real estate for over 15 years in Florida.  Having personally bought and sold over $50,000,000 in real estate in Palm Beach alone in the last 10 years, he is well versed in all aspects of the market.  His entrepreneurial and negotiating skills are particularly applicable to optimizing REO properties in relation to Atlantic Crossing's business goals in South Florida.

Lynn Warren - Associate - Fite Shavell & Associates, Palm Beach, FL USA

Lynn Warren is a real estate investment advisor to the Atlantic Crossing team, working in partnership with Randy Kirk in uncovering real estate investment opportunities on the Gold Coast.  Mr. Warren has worked in the Palm Beach real estate market for the past 19 years and brings a solid background in both marketing resources and deal making, with the additional ability of advising on construction and architectural design.

John Khajenouri - Robert Holmes & Company, Wimbledon, UK

John Khajenouri is an associate advisor with the Atlantic Crossing Partners LLC team.  His history in the residential real estate market spans over 30 years.  Since 1985, Mr. Khajenouri has worked exclusively in sales and acquisitions of top-end single and multi unit residential real estate and development projects in greater London.  He has deep familiarity working with individual investors, PLCs and private equity companies.  He is highly experienced in development projects ranging in price from £1m to £20m and has closed in excess of £100m in real estate deals in 2008 alone.

Jon Rubens concentrates his practice in corporate matters, commercial transactions and intellectual property.  He regularly advises entrepreneurs and investors on new venture formation, represents businesses and investors in equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and acts as outside general counsel advising businesses on a wide variety of commercial transactions and intellectual property issues.  Mr. Rubens has a strong background in real estate matters, including commercial lease negotiation, real property acquisitions, refinancings, and real estate development projects.
